Early Childhood Development

The goal of the Foundation’s Early Childhood portfolio is to build an integrated early childhood system for children ages 0-8 and their families. Within that larger systems goal, the foundation focuses its grantmaking on developing and supporting well-prepared educators, leaders, and other professionals who can nurture the whole child’s success in school and life, including policies and strategies that prepare and support educators, leaders, and other professionals who can foster family engagement as well as a child’s social/emotional development, health, and mental health.

The Foundation invests in professional development, policy and advocacy, systems design, innovative programs designed to inform systems change, research, and communication in order to help build high-quality integrated systems.

The Foundation does not accept unsolicited proposals.
